Our stunning loft style studio has tons of space, natural light, fresh plants and a beautiful energy. Our ethos is to provide a supportive space for wellness practices where our community can find balance and a healthy lifestyle.
We hire the studio for classes and livestreaming, 1 to 1 training sessions, wellness events, workshops, conferences and teacher trainings.
Space is also the perfect backdrop for photo & video shoots, film screenings, seminars, exhibitions, meetings and rehearsal space.
Restricted use during the pandemic is as follows:
COVID 19 PROTOCOLS
For mat based work: Maximum number of students is 24 with 1m distance between the mats. If 2m social distance is required 13 students maximum.
For trainings and education the maximum is 24 people including facilitators.
The studio is well ventilated with plenty of windows and a one-way system can operate around the building, if required. Thorough cleaning schedules are in place and props that cannot be easily cleaned have been removed. Mats and blocks remain but we are encouraging people to bring their own equipment wherever possible.
The main area in the studio is 125m2.
Stereo provided: Amp and speakers with aux lead connection.
Unisex changing room and 3 toilets.
Small kitchen with use of fridge/ freezer, hot water urn, hotplate and 20 mugs.
Access to a white board, 6 tressle tables & 36 folding chairs by prior arrangement.
Projector, stand and screen available to hire.
Goods lift available by prior arrangement.
Please be aware that we are housed in an old mill with a concrete screeded floor, lots of windows and an ancient heating system. While additional radiators are provided, it can be cold in the winter months. For the more sedentary sessions, where there is prolonged sitting or lying down and limited movement, the studio may not be a suitable venue.
