"The sound AUM is the very root of physical creation. The daily utterance of AUM creates balance and stability in your body and mind” - Sadhguru

During the session you will be initiated into this timeless and powerful mantra. “Aum” activates and energises various sections in the body, reverberating through the entire system. Furthermore, daily utterance of this sound can bring peace and balance and is known to relieve the practitioner from numerous physical and mental ailments with regular practice.

~ Brings stability to the mind and body

FILM SCREENING
BECOMING NOBODY - RAM DASS DOCUMENTARY
With Jamie Catto

Friday 17th April 6pm

Becoming Nobody represents the core arc of Ram Dass’ teachings and life. Through his turns as the scion of an eminent Jewish family from Boston, a rock-star Harvard psychologist, rascally counter-culture adventurer, Eastern holy man, stroke survivor and compassionate caregiver, Ram Dass has worn many hats on his journey, the narrative of which is revealed in this film.

Historic clips balance an engaging conversation between director Jamie Catto and Ram Dass. We come to understand how our old roles and disguises become increasingly burdensome. The film captures a loving man full of joy, wit, honesty and wisdom, at ease in conversation while sharing his considerable pains and pleasures. The life experiences that have freed him from the attachments of his ‘somebody-ness’ have transformed him into the radiant soul who continues to inspire generations of truth-seekers.

Using his own life as an example through the director’s interview, accompanied by archival footage and original music by Raghu Markus, Ram Dass explores our universal human condition and behaviors in connection to the journey of the soul and the shared unity of all of our lives.

BEYOND THE SHADOWS INTO PEACE
With Jamie Catto

18th April 10am to 6pm

On this workshop, with simple games and tools, we harness this peace within ourselves, so that we can reflect it out into the world, it is sometimes necessary to navigate through the murky shadows of tangled fear and steer a course into the sunshine of calm. We already have the ability to do this but the simple skills have been lying dormant within us.

At the end of the day, you will leave having switched them on.

These first two energy centres govern our relationship with our sense of feeling safe in the world, our emotional harmony, and our bodies and sexuality.
